God calls us all to share His Truth with lost people. Let’s ask the Lord to lead us as a body in our relationships with Muslims, so that they, too, might worship Him forever.
As Muslims move into our communities, the Holy Spirit gives us creative ways to share life together. As we endeavor to bring the good news of Jesus, we discover how He opens doors for further points of connection through sometimes surprising events. From hosting an international student for a meal to wearing high heels, the possibilities for building bridges with a Muslim abound. Watch this brief video to learn more about how the Lord wants to use you, together with His Holy Spirit.
Our team has been busy traveling to a neighboring area each month to establish a care group. Our Say Hello care groups are points of contact whereby Christian women who are outreaching to Muslim women----or would like to do so----regularly come together for spiritually focused and directed times of learning, sharing, planning, and interceding for said friendships. The results have been incredible! As women have come together, they have gained knowledge that goes well beyond any textbook. But don’t just take our word for it. Hear from some women who have recently experienced the life-changing power of learning and growing in community.
Yesterday’s blog featured the benefits of having at least one friend come alongside us as we step into the privilege of sharing Jesus with Muslim women. We prioritized the role of prayer in that relationship and shared a brief story that showed how God so beautifully responds when we pray together.
One of my earliest memories takes me back to my pre-school years in Sunday School. We sang “The More We Pull Together” A LOT. The ditty’s motions kept our little hands and feet busy, while the words poured vital truth into our spongy minds. “The more we pull together ... the happier we’ll be."
Most Muslims have never once heard God’s good news. Let’s tell Jesus how grateful we are that we get to share His love with Muslim friends.
Four years ago, Say Hello created a one week devotional booklet called Say Hello: A Guide to Building Christ-Like Friendships with Muslim Women. We have distributed thousands of these.
Stories like Hannah’s are waiting to be told by millions of Muslim girls who need courageous, Godly friends. Watch and listen as Hannah invites us all to say Hello. How could we not want to reach out?
Christian women get to know Jesus, but most Muslim women have never once heard that He loves them. By helping Christian women worldwide step into friendship with Muslims, Say Hello also initiates Muslim women’s journeys to Jesus.
Some decisions require considerable thought, while others are pretty much instinctive. The theme of this week’s postings is “How Could We Not?”
