Our friends at Women In Ministry posted this story and we wanted to share it with you.
Muslim women feel marginalized in many contexts. They need us to welcome them into our hearts, our homes, our spiritual havens -- where their hope for Heaven begs expression.
Although many Muslim women fear their presence in the mosque will distract men, which will then be counted against them on judgment day, it does not negate their hearts for prayer and their diligent prayer lives elsewhere.
A friend shares her personal experience with her Muslim friends during Ramadan, and she challenges us to not miss any opportunity to be used by God.
