There is not a person in our family who would not be able to recount our first Christmas in the Muslim country where we served. It was a very conservative nation, and we knew before we ever went there that the context would not lend itself to traditional celebrating. We determined early on to do all we could to make it wonderful for the family and meaningful to our Muslim neighbors.

Our team has been busy traveling to a neighboring area each month to establish a care group. Our Say Hello care groups are points of contact whereby Christian women who are outreaching to Muslim women----or would like to do so----regularly come together for spiritually focused and directed times of learning, sharing, planning, and interceding for said friendships. The results have been incredible! As women have come together, they have gained knowledge that goes well beyond any textbook. But don’t just take our word for it.
